What happens when you exceed product limits?

Each CiteON pricing plan comes with a maximum number of products that can be included in your LLMs files (such as llms.txt and llms-full.txt). This limit helps ensure the system remains fast, stable, and optimized for AI crawlers.

If your store exceeds the product limit of your current plan, here's what will happen:

1. Only products within your plan limit will be included

CiteON will automatically include only the allowed number of products based on your plan. Any additional products will not be added to the generated LLMs files.

For example:

If your plan supports 100 products, only the first 100 eligible products will be included in the files.

2. Your existing configuration will continue working

Your LLMs files will continue to function normally. The system will simply limit the number of products included, so there is no disruption to your store or AI accessibility.

3. Upgrading your plan removes the limitation

To include more products in your LLMs files, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Once upgraded, CiteON will automatically sync additional products according to the new limit.

Summary

Exceeding the product limit will not break your configuration. CiteON will simply restrict how many products appear in your AI-accessible files until you upgrade your plan.
